In 2035, Beijing will become a world-class consumption hub city.

Beijing Youth Daily reporter learned from the Municipal Bureau of Commerce yesterday that the Spatial Layout Plan of Commercial Service Facilities in Beijing (draft for comments) organized by the Municipal Bureau of Commerce and the Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan") was open to the public for comments and suggestions before June 20. The Plan puts forward the overall goal of building Beijing into a world-class consumption hub city in 2035. It is necessary to plan a four-level commercial center system throughout the city, implement the principle of controlling the total scale of commercial facilities in the core area, and in principle, no new commercial buildings will be added.

No more commercial buildings will be built in the core area.

The draft for comment published this time has a planned space area of 16,000 square kilometers, that is, the whole area of Beijing. The planning period is from 2018 to 2035. The planning draws a blueprint for the commercial space layout of Beijing in the next 16 years from five aspects: the division of retail industry, wholesale industry, catering industry and residents’ life service industry, the current situation of Beijing’s commercial operation, focusing on the layout of four-level commercial center system, the commercial planning of core area, central city area and urban sub-center, and the implementation guarantee of planning.

The plan describes the development goal with special emphasis: that is, the city will make great progress in building a world-class consumption hub city in 2020; In 2035, it will become a world-class consumption hub city.

In order to achieve this goal, Beijing will build a four-level commercial center system with wide area, regional level, regional level and community level within 16 years. At the same time, the core area should implement the principle of controlling the total scale of commercial facilities, and in principle, no new commercial building scale will be added.

The plan also sorts out the current commercial situation in Beijing. As of 2018, the commercial building area in Beijing is about 70 million square meters, and the per capita commercial business area is about 2 square meters. There are 186 supermarkets, 115 shopping centers, 111 department stores, 94 specialty store and 9 specialty stores.

In view of the current commercial development situation in Beijing, the plan points out that the scale of commercial buildings in the city is relatively sufficient, but the overall structure and layout need to be adjusted, and there are fewer commercial centers with high concentration, and the matching degree with rail transit and office space needs to be improved. Part of the commercial infrastructure is backward, the level of brand aggregation is low, the experience of the block is not strong, and the comfort is not high. There is a land gap in the planning of agricultural products wholesale markets and other urban operation guarantee facilities around the city; The density of community convenience commercial facilities is low, the degree of chain is low, and the service quality needs to be improved.

Construction of four-level commercial center in the city

Wangfujing builds "main street" and "auxiliary street"

The plan clearly proposes to adjust and optimize the business center system, and build a four-level business center system at the wide-area, regional, regional and community levels in the city.

First of all, the city has set Wangfujing and Qianmen Dashilan as the focus of cultivating wide-area commercial centers in the near future.

The Planning defines Wangfujing as a "high-quality core business district". It is clear that the scope of Wangfujing business district is: 1.8 kilometers from north to south, 0.95 kilometers from east to west, and covers an area of 1.65 square kilometers. East from Dongdan North Street and Dongsi South Street, west to Nanheyan Street and Beiheyan Street, south from East Chang ‘an Street and north to May 4th Street and Dongsi West Street.

The business focus of Wangfujing is: through the high concentration of commercial facilities, to meet the personalized and high-end consumption needs of domestic and foreign consumer groups, to create a high-quality core business district, to develop from the existing pedestrian street to the north and south, and to create a wonderful and magnificent pedestrian street; At the same time, the main street of pedestrian street expands from east to west to hutongs and courtyards, creating a "auxiliary street" with rich levels and exquisite details. Wangfujing business circle controls the development of commodity trading market, large-scale home shopping malls and large-scale comprehensive supermarkets.

The Planning defines the Dashilan area in Qianmen as a commercial brand gathering area reflecting the style of the ancient capital. Its scope is: east from Qianmen East Road, west to Meishi Street, south from Liangguang Road and north to Qianmen Xiheyan Street, covering an area of about 0.49 square kilometers.

The business focus of Qianmen Dashilan is: Qianmen Street, Dashilan Street, Xianyukou Street, Door Frame Hutong and other streets and lanes. The formats to encourage development are traditional time-honored businesses, intangible cultural heritage exhibition areas and museums reflecting the history of Beijing’s ancient capital. The formats for controlling development are commodity trading markets, large-scale comprehensive supermarkets and large-scale home shopping malls.

Secondly, in terms of regional commercial centers, the Plan points out that five regional commercial centers, namely CBD, Shijingshan, Huilongguan, Daxing Xihongmen and the city sub-center, will be cultivated in the near future. For example, the CBD area will be turned into a well-known commercial brand gathering area in eastern Beijing; Make the new Shougang area a new landmark for the revival of the capital city in the new era; Huilongguan (Tiantongyuan) area will arrange all kinds of high-quality commercial comprehensive facilities according to local conditions; Xihongmen area will develop into a comprehensive commercial center facing the south of the city; The sub-center area of the city will be built into a comprehensive commercial center with modern flavor and international characteristics.

Third, in terms of district-level commercial centers, the city will optimize the stock space of Xidan, Financial Street, Jianguomen, Wukesong and other district-level commercial centers. At the same time, the plan describes the commercial center at this level as a radiation radius of 5 kilometers, and the appropriate scale is 150,000 to 300,000 square meters.

The fourth-level business center is the community business center. Among them, large-scale community business centers serve 30,000-50,000 people; The small community business center serves 10,000-30,000 people, and it is suggested to set it as a community complex.

Four types of commercial characteristic blocks

Each has a clear development path

According to the "Planning", four types of characteristic commercial streets have been formed in this city. The first type is the ancient capital style, including Dashilan area in Qianmen, Nanluoguxiang, Yandai Xiejie, Huguosi Street and Liulichang Street. For this kind of commercial block, the Planning clearly points out that the development path is to scientifically guide the commercial development of the block and surrounding areas through the establishment of chambers of commerce and other institutions to prevent over-commercialization.

The second type of characteristic commercial street is modern and fashionable, including World Trade Center day order, Blue Harbor and Huaxi Wukesong. For this kind of commercial blocks, the Planning clearly points out that the development path is to further strengthen its ability to serve local consumers.

The third type of characteristic commercial district is cultural leisure. Including the Temple of Heaven Antique City, Panjiayuan flea market and so on. For this kind of commercial block, the Planning clearly points out that the development path is to explore the business model of combining commercial and tourism resources, and improve the characteristic level through unified design style.

The fourth type of commercial blocks are professional commodities, including Guijie, maliandao Tea Street, Hongqiao Market, cool car Town, etc. For this type of commercial blocks, the Planning clearly points out that the development path is to gradually adjust merchants to upgrade their formats and combine commodity culture with commodity retail.

Xinfadi retains the status of "wholesale main trading channel"

In guiding the rational distribution of commodity trading market and urban operation guarantee facilities, we will retain the position of the main trading channel of Xinfadi. At the same time, it is planned to reserve four primary wholesale markets in the southwest, southeast, northwest and northeast of the city. For example, in the southwest, keep the position of the main trading channel of the new land; In the southeast direction, expand the total scale of the circulation center by using the land of Shounong Group, etc., about 600 mu; In the northeast, plan a first-class wholesale market in Shunyi, with a land area of 800 mu; In the northwest, a comprehensive wholesale market for agricultural products is planned in the south exit of Changping.

  [Key Interpretation]

Wangfujing main street should have the capital spirit and auxiliary street should be more refined.

Original of Planning: Wangfujing area is highly concentrated by commercial facilities, mainly to meet the individualized and high-end consumption needs of domestic and foreign consumer groups, and extends from the existing pedestrian street to the north and south, creating a wonderful pedestrian street with a magnificent sequence. Expand from the main street to the east and west to the hutongs and courtyards, and create a pedestrian street with rich levels and exquisite details.

Interpretation: Lai Yang, vice president of Beijing Business Economics Association, believes that modern commercial streets should form a block structure in order to have vigorous vitality. For example, what you see on the main street is the boldness of the capital and the feeling of commercial facilities, while the development of auxiliary streets should be more refined.

For example, the area from waldorf in Jinyu Hutong to Jinbao Street is covered by business travelers. There are luxury counters in Peninsula Hotel and world famous car exhibition halls along Jinbao Street. In addition, the Hamres Toy City behind the department store extends to the China Children’s Art Theatre at the west exit of Wangfujing, which can be developed into a parent-child block.

Only by combining tradition and modernity can there be "super-wide-area radiation"

Original text of "Planning": Qianmen area, through the existing profound cultural advantages and commercial cultural characteristics, drives the block to form the coordinated development of time-honored brand culture, food culture, business travel culture and performing arts culture, and has the ability of ultra-wide radiation.

Interpretation: Lai Yang believes that in the past, consumers simply pursued fashion. Now, with the improvement of life quality, more consumers are willing to experience cultural blocks, and there are also characteristic blocks in the country, such as Kuanzhai Lane in Chengdu, which is very sought after.

In contrast, Qianmen also has a development foundation, but the problem in this area is that there is a gap between the management system model of time-honored brands and the mainstream consumption development trend of modern people. For example, in the past, it was said to go to a tea shop to buy tea, but now Wuyutai tea ice cream has become a street scene, so the development of old brands in Qianmen area should be integrated with consumers’ modern fashion consumption concepts, so as to achieve a characteristic theme block that not only carries the cultural atmosphere, but also glows with commercial vitality and sustainable development potential.

For example, in the overall planning, we should give full play to the advantages of night operation, including bookstores that are open 24 hours a day and Midnight Food Store. The business hours and planning should be more integrated, and new lifestyles such as experiential, cultural performances and performing arts should be added to show more the more open and dynamic side of Qianmen night scene, and also make tourists feel more experienced when they travel at night in Beijing.

From the aspect of business operation, Beijing Square has become a hot trend on the west side of Qianmen, which is related to the introduction of catering brands, overall decoration and cultural atmosphere. Moreover, the products sold in Qianmen block should be constantly innovated to better match the lifestyle of modern people, so that Beijingers are more willing to come and form a wide range of characteristics, not just tourists who come here specially.

How to avoid becoming an image project when some characteristic towns are built and abandoned?

  Dialogue motivation

Recently, the Development and Reform Commission of Henan Province, the Provincial Department of Land and Resources, the Provincial Department of Environmental Protection and the Provincial Department of Housing and Construction jointly issued the "Several Opinions on Standardizing and Promoting the Construction of Characteristic Towns and Small Towns", requiring all localities to build characteristic towns according to regional humanities and industrial foundations, and strictly control the tendency of real estate development of characteristic towns to avoid the embarrassment of "being abandoned when built".

How to avoid some problems in the past during the construction of characteristic towns? The reporter started a dialogue with industry experts in this regard.

Professor Yang Hongshan, School of Public Administration, Renmin University of China

One-sided view of political achievements leads to the real estate of characteristic towns

Reporter: Henan issued relevant opinions to control the real estate development of characteristic towns, which caused the society to pay attention to the construction of characteristic towns. What negative effects will the phenomenon of real estate have?

Huang Kun: "Small town, big strategy". Characteristic town is an innovative development model of urbanization with the integration of production and city, an effective form of urbanization on the spot, and an important starting point for urbanization and urban-rural integration in China in the new era. In recent years, tourist towns, Internet of Things towns, robot towns, financial towns, new energy car towns, forest towns, agricultural Internet towns and entrepreneurial towns are all spectacular. Because characteristic towns are different from cities and rural areas, they are the natural combination and adhesive between cities and rural areas. Under the special background of the new era, the healthy and sustainable development of characteristic towns is conducive to promoting the integrated development between industries, production cities and urban and rural areas, and to implementing new urbanization, giving full play to the radiation-driven role of urbanization in rural development, promoting rural revitalization, and realizing the coordinated development of large, medium and small cities and small towns and urban and rural areas.

However, real estate has become the most prominent and common problem in the construction of characteristic towns. It is like a cancer, and its existence will inevitably lead to the risk of empty city, real estate, detachment from reality and debt. The existence of these four risks will not only make the characteristic town lose its ability to gather industry and population, but also seriously restrict the development of the real economy of the characteristic town, which will cause irreversible losses to the characteristic town and the whole local economic and social development.

Yang Hongshan: Real estate is an area that small towns want to develop. Characteristic towns are the advanced form of local urbanization. With the concentration of population, the town itself has the desire and demand to develop real estate, but the future of the town is gray only by relying on real estate development. Development can’t just rely on building houses. The development of small towns depends on characteristic industries. If we build characteristic towns with real estate, we will misunderstand the concept of characteristic towns.

The development of real estate in small towns is normal, but it needs to be compatible with the development of small towns. Characteristic town is a kind of excellent project. If only real estate is the main industry, is there any characteristic? In the early stage, the scale design was grand, but in the later stage, it was just an ordinary town. It is worth emphasizing that characteristic towns are a phenomenon in the advanced stage of urban development, and they must have characteristics and strong competitiveness industries.

Reporter: Real estate appeared during the construction of characteristic towns. How did this phenomenon come into being?

Huang Kun: There are subjective and objective reasons for the formation of real estate in the construction of characteristic towns. Subjectively, the one-sided view of political achievements and GDP development is the fundamental reason for the real estate construction of characteristic towns. In some places, people-oriented development ideas and innovative, green, coordinated, open and shared new development concepts are still not established, and the goal is still to pursue the quantitative expansion of GDP, with image project and face project as the starting point, and the chief executive’s will as the main way of resource allocation. Copying and simply copying foreign construction experience, greedy for big and quick, blindly developing, excessively pursuing quantitative goals and investment scale, violates the laws of urbanization and small town construction.

Objectively speaking, there are three important incentives for the real estate construction of characteristic towns. The first inducement is the simplicity of real estate and the dilemma of other industries. For many villages, the lack of characteristic natural and economic resources, the lack of necessary development foundation and the lack of financial guarantee for development means that it is difficult to find the breakthrough of industrial development and the development path of urbanization according to the conventional development model. However, the development mode of real estate is simple and easy. As long as it is bold enough and supported by enterprises, it can break through the bottleneck of development, and simply rely on land and capital operation routines to build a new park, new district and new city efficiently and quickly.

The second inducement is the continuous rise of real estate prices and the continuous growth of demand for house purchase and land purchase. Since the market-oriented reform of real estate, the price of real estate has been rising unilaterally, which makes it a common social expectation. Although the housing market in third-and fourth-tier cities and small towns has been in a state of oversupply, compared with other industries, the demand has continued to grow, and the return on investment in the real estate market is still high, which makes the government and enterprises still enthusiastic about developing real estate.

The third incentive is the continuous expansion of the local fiscal expenditure gap. On the one hand, infrastructure, public services, poverty alleviation and other aspects need more fiscal expenditure, on the other hand, economic growth and fiscal revenue growth in many places, especially at the county and township levels, have slowed down significantly, and the gap in local fiscal expenditure has continued to widen. Under such circumstances, many places have no choice but to obtain more fiscal revenue through real estate.

The construction of characteristic towns faces four bad tendencies.

Reporter: In addition to real estate, what problems still exist in the process of building characteristic towns?

Huang Kun: In addition to the problem of real estate, there are four bad tendencies in the process of building characteristic towns.

First, blindly follow the trend and be eager for success. Some places are eager to produce results and achievements, regardless of the actual situation of poor resources and weak economic foundation, blindly follow the trend and completely ignore the objective reality of the construction foundation, operation cycle and investment scale of characteristic towns. Some places are greedy for perfection, engage in image projects and performance projects, and target the construction of characteristic towns, requiring lower-level governments to complete them, emphasizing quantity over quality, which violates the law of economic development.

Second, lack of characteristics, lack of industrial support. Some places blindly copy and copy, fail to dig deep into local characteristic industries, are vague about regional resource endowments and cultural connotations, lack creativity in simple imitation and rote copying, and engage in "big platter and hodgepodge". As a result, characteristic towns are empty in name but not strong in characteristics, their industrial positioning is vague, and there is no substantial resource support, regardless of regional development foundation and industrial characteristics. The integration and development of production and city has become empty talk, and the business model is unsustainable.

Third, the market-oriented mechanism is insufficient and the development sustainability is lacking. Many characteristic towns are established under the leadership of the government, more just to meet the will and assessment requirements of the government, rather than to meet the needs of consumers or the market. The characteristic towns built in this way are congenitally insufficient, can not be responded or sought after by the market, and it is difficult to absorb more market subjects and population, and it is difficult to develop sustainably in the future.

Fourth, the planning is not perfect, and the later management and operation are lagging behind. In some local town planning, there are some phenomena, such as the will of the chief executive, repeated planning, single form, lack of overall planning, and inadequate elements of mining resources. There are double contradictions in characteristic towns, such as superior multi-head management, imperfect supervision and management mechanism and shortage of management institutions and talents at the same level, which lead to many places going astray and deviating from the original intention. Many characteristic towns lack operational ideas, and place their hopes on preferential policies such as tax incentives, financial subsidies, and land inclination.

How to make the construction of characteristic towns run healthily

Reporter: What measures should be taken to avoid the real estate construction of characteristic towns?

Yang Hongshan: From a national perspective, it is necessary to formulate relevant policies to require small towns to strictly control the real estate land use indicators. Bidders with distinctive names and real estate operations make waves, which will not only raise housing prices, but also affect the cost of the real economy and have a negative effect on the development of small towns. Drawing lessons from the past, we can’t let real estate develop. Local governments should review policy issues, support those towns with real characteristic projects that have reached a certain stage of urbanization, and reverse the rush to build characteristic towns.

Reporter: In view of the importance of the construction of characteristic towns, what principles should be adhered to in the long run?

Huang Kun: In order to ensure that the construction of characteristic towns will not go wrong and remain unchanged, and develop healthily and sustainably according to the original design intention, we must adhere to five basic principles:

People-oriented, focusing on construction. The fundamental purpose of building characteristic towns is to meet people’s employment, housing and life needs, which is also the most important factor for the attractiveness and popularity of characteristic towns. This requires the construction of comfortable and convenient public facilities and services, including adequate infrastructure, high-quality public services and social security, and a pleasant ecological environment.

One town, one industry, integration of production and town. The development of characteristic towns must have the industrial support of market competitiveness and sustainable viability. Efforts should be made to build basic conditions conducive to industrial development and an open and inclusive business environment, so as to facilitate investors to independently and efficiently combine various types of production and engage in industrial activities.

Highlight the characteristics to revitalize the town. Characteristic industry is the core of the development of characteristic towns and the most critical factor to maintain the vitality of characteristic towns. It is necessary to proceed from the reality of local economic and social development, develop characteristic industries, inherit traditional culture, pay attention to ecological environment protection, improve municipal infrastructure and public service facilities, and prevent a thousand towns from being one side. The industries of characteristic towns must be based on local special natural endowments and resource and environmental advantages, such as leisure tourism industry based on the advantages of agriculture and natural landscape, resource development and processing and manufacturing industry based on industrial resources, and supporting industries based on leading industries or industrial clusters in cities or regions.

Government-enterprise cooperation, market-oriented. The construction of characteristic towns is a long-term and systematic project. The government and enterprises should strengthen in-depth cooperation, strive for mutual benefit and win-win, and establish a benign interaction and market-oriented mechanism between the government and enterprises. It is necessary to promote the improvement of the construction and operation mode of characteristic towns by means of government guidance, enterprise main body and market-oriented operation, and invest, construct, operate and manage the development of characteristic towns with more market-oriented investment mechanism and operation mode. The government should avoid doing everything, and focus on creating a good development environment for characteristic towns and providing various services for investment and operation enterprises.

According to local conditions, do what you can. Proceed from the reality of each region, follow objective laws, seek truth from facts, do what you can, control quantity, improve quality, reflect regional differences, advocate morphological diversity, do not engage in regional balance, industrial balance, quantity requirements and performance evaluation, and prevent blind development and rushing headlong into it.

Reporter: How to promote the development of characteristic towns in the right direction by improving relevant systems?

Huang Kun: It is inseparable from the reform and innovation of relevant systems to ensure the standardized development and stability of characteristic towns.

Establish an institutional mechanism for long-term benign interaction between the government and enterprises. Generally speaking, the government should control the overall situation and enterprises should pay more attention to operation and maintenance. However, in different construction stages, the relationship between the government and enterprises should be dynamically adjusted. In the early stage of town construction, the government should take the lead in making plans and providing basic public facilities services, and give full play to the guiding role of financial funds. In the middle and late stage of town construction, we should actively introduce professional operators and industrial operating institutions to supplement and enhance the town’s production function and life service function in time.

Establish an effective incentive and restraint mechanism. It is necessary to appropriately expand the management authority of characteristic towns, and gradually realize the orderly decentralization of financial rights, land rights and affairs rights for the established towns that are included in the construction scope of characteristic towns, and their management functions and authority can be treated according to county towns or mega-towns; Non-organic towns can be allowed to set up characteristic town management committees with certain authority. It is necessary to innovate the policy incentive mechanism, change the distribution sequence of policy support funds, and give timely rewards such as funds to create qualified characteristic towns, instead of blindly giving financial support to characteristic towns that are only in the conceptual stage. It is necessary to determine the long-term investment mechanism in social undertakings, earnestly implement the concept of shared development, and constantly improve the sense of gain of the town and its surrounding residents.

Improve the investment and financing mechanism. Innovate the investment and financing mechanism for the construction of characteristic towns, vigorously promote the cooperation between the government and social capital, encourage the use of financial funds to incite social funds, and jointly initiate the establishment of characteristic town construction funds; Study and set up a national new urbanization construction fund to support the development and construction of characteristic towns; Encourage development banks, agricultural development banks, agricultural banks and other financial institutions to increase financial support; Encourage qualified small towns to broaden financing channels by issuing bonds and other means; Classify the construction contents of characteristic towns and actively encourage the overall entry of enterprise funds.

Improve the supporting guarantee mechanism. It is necessary to fully liberalize the restrictions on the settlement of small towns, fully implement the residence permit system, and continuously expand the scope of public services; Establish and improve the voluntary paid circulation and withdrawal mechanism of rural land contracting rights, homestead use rights and collective income distribution rights of farmers who have settled in cities; According to the model of "small government, big service", the large-scale department system is implemented to reduce administrative costs and improve administrative efficiency.

Fortress Besieged in Kowloon Castle: Martial Arts in Jianghu Life in the City

Special feature of 1905 film network Kowloon walled city, also known as Kowloon walled city, is located in a besieged city in Kowloon City, which belongs to the historical city of Hong Kong and was demolished in 1993.

On May 1st, the film was released, which was directed by,,, raymond lam,,,, and so on. It is a Hong Kong-style action movie from boxing to meat. With a gripping picture of the times, the Fortress Besieged of Kowloon Walled City vividly reproduces the chaotic zone of Kowloon Walled City in Hong Kong in the 1980s, which was called "three cares". The film shows the turbulent waves in the notorious walled city and reveals the living conditions of the people at the bottom of society at that time.

The film tells the story of Chen Luojun, a warm-blooded young man, who was framed and issued a chase order by the big boss of the legion. After being seriously injured, Luo Jun was rescued by Weishui and fled to a place where there is no competition — — Kowloon walled city and walled city are all masters of hiding. The only thing that can restrain the big boss is the tornado. The story of the brothers in walled city uniting with the big boss to fight for life and death and defend their homeland.

After the film was released on May 1st, the box office continued to decline, showing an upward performance. After the film was released, its word-of-mouth rose, which triggered a lot of competitions about the value of role force in bilibili. In this programme, starring raymond lam and Professor Suo Yabin from Communication University of China interpret the Fortress Besieged in Kowloon Castle for you.

Who is the first choice for the force value PK of Kowloon walled city?

Raymond lam chose himself. He added that Cheng Luojun, who is played by him, has a very high fighting ability, so more than 90% of the actions are all done by the actors themselves, and all the pain is extremely real.

Liu Junqian, an actor, thinks that Wang Jiu has the highest force value, because in the play, Wang Jiu can fight four times, and he can compete for many rounds regardless of the outcome. Zitong Hu, an actor, chose Tornado played by Louis Koo. In the original work, he was the figure with the highest force value, and his image was handsome and he could fight.

In this regard, forestFengEmphasis: "It seems that there has never been such an action design and such a style in action movies in Hong Kong. It seems that we have found a new language to interpret action movies."

The film critic sharply graded the film.

As a veteran fan of action movies, Suo Yabin, a professor at Communication University of China, scored 7.5 points for Fortress Besieged in Kowloon Castle, and stressed: "If the action scenes of it are taken out separately, I can score 9 points. If those two words are used to describe it, it is the rivers and lakes in the city and the martial arts in life. " Such a high evaluation shows how attractive the action drama of this film is.

Looking back at the development of Hong Kong-style action movies since this century, we can say that there has been great progress in technology. For example, in recent series, Hong Kong-style action movies will focus on the explosion of nuclear bombs; In those days, it was the first time to shoot a martial arts 3D film, and later he filmed underwater martial arts 3D in it.

However, director Zheng Baorui is just taking a different approach. His martial arts film returns to the original intention of Hong Kong action movies, and explores the performance potential of basic physical fighting actions that belong to people themselves. Therefore, Zheng Baorui borrowed a lot of old Hong Kong action movies’ sub-types. For example, the two protagonists in the film are friends but have to fight for life and death because of different positions. In the end, each of them ties a cloth and covers his eyes, which is especially like a scene in Fang Shiyu 2: Ten Thousand Enemies.

For another example, a cook who cooks barbecued pork in the film suddenly becomes a martial arts expert by dancing with two knives. This scene can also find a similar plot in the movie.

Another example is Wang Jiu, who has a magical power to protect his body. He is invulnerable and always reminds people of the films directed by him.

For those who are familiar with Hong Kong films, it is not difficult to find that the source of the Hong Kong film "Fortress Besieged in Kowloon Castle" can be traced back to director Tsui Hark’s filming more than 20 years ago. First of all, "Fortress Besieged by Kowloon Castle" and "Upstream" come down in one continuous line is the vertical design of action. The unique terrain of Kowloon Castle determines that the action design will be extended from the usual horizontal angle to the vertical action design.

Whether walking in the corridor, jumping on the stairs, or even climbing the eaves outside the building, the audience can see that this film is inheriting and innovating at the same time.

However, in the process of watching movies, there are also many viewers who think that the last four young people exaggerated their drama when they finally confronted Wang Jiu. The reason is that Hong Kong, China’s action films especially like to pursue a tension between realism and freehand brushwork. The way to deal with the action in Fortress Besieged by Heroes in Kowloon Castle is to construct the illusion of action through audio-visual language.

For example, in a narrow corridor, when the enemy is after him, he can jump over this person by jumping in the air and fall across the other side. This is a setting beyond the real physical logic, but at the climax of the film, this setting is becoming more and more obvious.

In action design, the villain was forced to swallow a truncated sword, and the enemy was defeated by using the destructiveness of the truncated sword in the body. With the action design method with fantastic and fantastic supernatural flavor, only when the audience knows how to appreciate the action scenes can they really love and appreciate this movie.

Questioning the plot and characterization?

In addition, in the plot and characterization, "Fortress Besieged by Heroes in Kowloon Castle" has also been questioned by some viewers. For example, the audience thinks that "the characters and the plot are very popular because of the opposition between good and evil" and "the protagonist Chen Luojun became attached to the tornado after entering the city village, and quickly merged into it. This plot is too coincidental and too simple".

Indeed, according to director Zheng Baorui’s previous works, the storyline and characterization in the film "Fortress Besieged by Heroes in Kowloon Walled City" are indeed substandard. For example, Chen Luojun’s growth arc is not reflected in the gradual fullness of his personality and values, but in the gradual improvement of his combat effectiveness, so it will appear that the ideological and psychological depth of the characters is not enough and relatively flat.

In addition, why does the director spend a lot of time to create a plot that the audience thinks is more coincidental and simple? Perhaps the fireworks in Kowloon Castle gave this story a particularly strong realistic color. It can be understood that the literary drama in this part of the film is actually paving the way for martial arts drama. When the realistic color is combined with the action scene behind the film review, it will produce a wonderful tension.

"Hit" Hong Kong-style action "Xintiandi"?

You know, the film’s scenery is as realistic as possible to restore the Kowloon walled city in the 1980s. According to Zheng Baorui, the director, his greatest personal feelings about the castle in this play are "inseparable" and "not staying low (staying)". These two words have profound meanings.

Historically, Kowloon Walled Park used to be a no-holds-barred zone between the Hong Kong government, Britain and the mainland. When the cession treaty was signed that year, it was declared that this piece of land in Hong Kong still belonged to China, but the Central People’s Government did not want to go deep into this area to disturb or be regarded as a provocative act, and it gradually became an anarchic den of thieves.

As a geographical space, the Kowloon walled city was demolished in 1993. In the physical sense, this walled city can’t stay, but it can’t be separated from the spirit and concept it carries. This "three-no-cares" zone, because the current civilized order and legal norms in this space are ineffective, everyone relies on the morality of the rivers and lakes, which also carries the martial arts dream and river lake dream of Hong Kong film directors. Like it or not, it actually has such a layer of charm.

At the end of this "Fortress Besieged in Kowloon City", there is a plane flying above the kite. No matter how high the kite flies, there will be a huge plane hanging over it, forming a particularly distinctive visual oppression. This scene implies that the process of modern life is crushed on the Kowloon walled city like an airplane, and the traditional way of life will be slowly dissolved and eventually passed away under the constant impact of the civilized order of modern social life.

However, is it true that modern civilization will eventually abandon such "wild" and "barbaric" things as Kowloon Castle? I remember saying, "Without humanity, people will lose a lot, but without animality, people will lose everything.".

The vitality of "wildness" is actually the core driving force to ensure that people can continue to go on. Perhaps it is also the case. When many people think that Hong Kong-style martial arts films are beginning to decline, there will be people who are willing to make such great efforts and invest so much to shoot an action film.

The greatest significance of Fortress Besieged by Kowloon Castle is that it provides a new development possibility, that is, an action that has been ignored and abandoned by us — — Fighting originated from human limbs. It still has a lot of room to explore, which may be the next starting point for Hong Kong-style action movies and Chinese-language action movies.

Adjusting housing prices in first-tier cities or building houses owned by state-owned enterprises will help to retain talents.

This year’s two sessions, real estate regulation is still a hot topic. Various localities have also adopted housing policies to attract talents. Collective construction land to build rental housing and state-owned enterprises to use their own land to build affordable housing have all targeted the housing problem of employees, achieving "job-housing balance" and retaining high-end talents. The Beijing Youth Daily reporter interviewed two members from the economic sector and the non-partisan sector, respectively, on these issues.

Zhao Song, member of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and director of Land Price Institute of Land Survey and Planning Institute.

Building houses owned by state-owned enterprises helps to retain talents.

It is a very correct orientation to establish a long-term mechanism in the real estate field. We should comprehensively consider the land supply system, the real estate development and sales system, and the financial and tax systems. The long-term mechanism can guide the market to a healthy and stable development path. It will take time for the long-term mechanism to play a real role, which requires both the running-in and improvement of the system and the self-adjustment and repair of the market under the new mechanism.

  ■ Market regulation ■

Purchase restriction has not changed the relationship between supply and demand in the market.

Beiqing Daily: What control measures have been taken by all parts of the country to the real estate market, and what changes have taken in the real estate market?

Zhao Song: The changes in the real estate market in the past year, whether it is the stabilization of housing prices in first-tier cities, the decline of growth rates, or the rapid rise of some emerging hot cities, are generally the effects of "anti-overheating" and "destocking" control measures. In specific operations, administrative measures have played a more important role, such as restricting purchases, sales and loans, which have indeed had an immediate impact on curbing the heat of market transactions, while the price limit policy has directly suppressed the price signal in the first-hand housing market, but it has not yet formed a new relationship between market supply and demand, and high demand momentum still exists. The spillover of demand from first-tier and hot-spot cities, combined with the continuous easing policies in most areas, has caused some second-and third-tier cities to accelerate their rise.

Housing prices in first-tier cities may be adjusted at a high level.

Beiqing Daily: What do you think of the overall real estate market in 2018? Under the intensive real estate control measures, what kind of situation will the first, second, third and fourth tier cities present?

Zhao Song: At present, the situation of high-pressure regulation and control in the real estate market will not be relaxed. Therefore, in this first-tier city and second-tier hotspot city, the overall housing price may remain relatively stable on the basis of last year, forming a high-level adjustment trend, and some cities still have room to fall back.

Beiqing Daily: What about the third-and fourth-tier cities that saw a big increase last year?

Zhao Song: Some cities with good infrastructure conditions, rapid economic development and obvious population growth have strong internal support for rising housing prices. However, there are also some cities that have risen too fast in the early stage. Without the support of effective demand, such as the infrastructure can’t keep up and the population flows out, there will be greater risks. I don’t think those speculative housing prices will last long.

Long-term mechanism should replace emergency measures

Beiqing Daily: Last year, an important feature of real estate regulation and control was "policy by city". Will this policy last forever?

Zhao Song: In the past two years, the effect of "city-based policy" in real estate regulation and control is still quite obvious. In the past, regulation was across the board, which caused some policies to fail to achieve the expected goals. Therefore, in recent years, the policy of Yincheng has been proposed. The participation of land in real estate is mainly reflected in land supply. In cities with large demand and rapid housing price increase, the land supply should be appropriately increased. For those with serious inventory, the land supply will be reduced.

Beiqing Daily: The central government has proposed to establish a long-term mechanism for real estate regulation. What do you think of the construction of a long-term mechanism?

Zhao Song: It is a very correct orientation to establish a long-term mechanism in the real estate field. In the past, our control measures were all emergency, which could not solve the fundamental problem. To establish a long-term mechanism, we should comprehensively consider the land supply system, the real estate development and sales system, and the financial and tax systems. The long-term mechanism may not have an immediate effect on controlling housing prices, but it can guide the market to a healthy and stable development path. It will take time for the long-term mechanism to play a real role, which requires both the running-in and improvement of the system and the self-adjustment and repair of the market under the new mechanism.

  ■ Collective land ■

The diversion part of collective construction land is just needed.

Beiqing Daily: At the beginning of this year, the Ministry of Land and Resources approved 11 cities including Shenyang and Xiamen to use collective construction land to build rental housing. Together with Beijing and Shanghai, which are being piloted, 13 cities have been piloting this new policy. Can building rental housing with collective construction land alleviate the problem of high housing prices?

Zhao Song: I think this is a good direction. Allowing collective land to build rental housing into the market is a measure to realize multi-agent supply and multi-channel guarantee. However, we can’t expect it to solve the problem of short supply in the real estate market at once. It can only be said that in some areas, it can divert some rigid demand and relieve market pressure.

Beiqing Daily: In what way should farmers’ interests be protected when collective land is used to build rental housing?

Zhao Song: First of all, collective economic organizations are voluntary, and farmers can’t be forced to take out land for renting houses in order to complete the pilot task; The second is to do a good job of research in the early stage, choose areas with needs, such as industrial parks and development zones, and rent out houses so that farmers can make profits collectively; Some places also adopt the practice that the government rents it wholesale according to the market rent level and then rents it to specific tenants, which also reduces the operational risk of collective economic organizations.

The new measures will help state-owned enterprises retain talents.

Beiqing Daily: Last year, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued a document encouraging state-owned enterprises to use their own land to build affordable housing, and other hot cities also had some related pilot projects. What changes will this bring to the housing market?

Zhao Song: This is also the idea of multi-agent supply and multi-channel guarantee. This is of great help to solve the housing problem of employees of state-owned enterprises, especially the housing problem of young employees, and helps state-owned enterprises to retain talents. Now many places, especially some second-tier cities, are fighting for talents. If their housing problems can be solved, the battle will be won by half.

  ■ Land supply ■

The reasons for the "auction" of land transfer are complicated.

Beiqing Daily: In the past two years, the phenomenon of land "bidding, auction and hanging" often appears at high prices. Some people say that behind high housing prices is actually high land prices. What do you think of this phenomenon?

Zhao Song: Who pushed and pulled the house price and land price? This is a long-standing debate. Theoretically, the demand for land is derived demand, and the price expectation of products formed on the land determines the land price that people are willing to pay. In reality, they are interactive. As for who played the main role? This needs to be analyzed in combination with the specific market environment. In a seller’s market, no matter how high the developer gets the land, that is to say, how high the cost he invests, he will definitely pass this cost on and seek profits. However, if it is a buyer’s market, for example, when the inventory in some places was serious a few years ago, the house could not be sold, and the land would be auctioned off.

Beiqing Daily: Under the background of strict regulation and control, some first-tier cities have experienced the phenomenon of land auction. What do you think? Does it mean that the real estate market has shown signs of reversal?

Zhao Song: The reasons for the auction are more complicated. I think it is necessary to analyze the specific plots. The auction of some plots may be due to insufficient demand in the market, the expectations of real estate developers for the future have fallen, and the willingness to buy land has declined, leading to the auction; Sometimes it may be that the conditions given by this land are too harsh, which should be analyzed in detail.

Member Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Director of Land Use Management Department of Ministry of Land and Resources Liao Yonglin.

Enterprise dormitory can reduce the living cost of workers.

Many cities attract talents by providing preferential housing conditions. Rent is a very important part of production factors. If workers are provided with housing or rental subsidies, their living costs will be reduced. Rental housing built on collective construction land in Beijing solves the housing problem for makers, and gives a lot of rent subsidies, which actually reduces the price of factors and is more competitive for enterprises in attracting talents.

  ■ Market regulation ■

Real estate regulation needs a multi-pronged approach

Beiqing Daily: What do you think of the problem of excessive housing price increase in the past year or two?

Liao Yonglin: House price is just a representation. Price is the expectation of both the supply and demand sides for the future, and it is a result. We should adjust the relationship between supply and demand to change people’s expectations. For example, rent and purchase are now advocated, and local governments have introduced measures to protect the interests of renters, so that ordinary people can enjoy the same treatment when renting houses. Public rental housing and low-rent housing that we are actively promoting now, including rental housing built on relatively new collective construction land, are all working in this direction.

Beiqing Daily: Real estate regulation is still a hot topic this year. Can the house price be controlled this year? Do you have any suggestions for this piece?

Liao Yonglin: The central government has made it very clear that "houses are for living, not for speculation". Real estate regulation needs a multi-pronged approach, and it is impossible to "win with one stroke". It should include comprehensive measures such as land supply, finance, taxation, etc. We must design the system based on the residential characteristics of the house, improve control, and classify regulation. It is different in large, medium and small cities, and it is different in first, second and third tier cities. At the same time, strengthen the two-way adjustment of supply and demand, and explore the multi-land supply mechanism of real estate.

The key to controlling house prices lies in controlling expectations.

Beiqing Daily: What are the effective ways for local governments to solve the expected problem of high housing prices?

Liao Yonglin: Shanghai’s leased housing plots and Beijing’s shared property houses are all effective explorations in this regard.

There is also the rectification of developers and real estate agents. In some places, developers engage in "hunger marketing". Obviously, there are many houses, but they have to create an illusion of shortage. Now local governments have stepped up their efforts in this regard, which has had a great impact on market expectations.

Beiqing Daily: What do you think of the emergency real estate control measures in various places, including administrative measures such as restricting purchases, loans and sales?

Liao Yonglin: This is a practice of stopping bleeding first. Ultimately, it is necessary to establish a long-term mechanism in the real estate market to solve the problem. The long-term mechanism should include land supply, taxation, finance and other factors. Of course, government supervision cannot be absent.

  ■ Collective land ■

Workers’ dormitory reduced the factor price.

Beiqing Daily: The Ministry of Land and Resources has approved 13 cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Xiamen to use collective construction land to build rental housing. What is the original intention of these urban pilot projects with prominent contradiction between housing supply and demand? Can this contradiction between supply and demand be alleviated?

Liao Yonglin: In fact, real estate can be divided into two parts, one is for residence, and it is a consumer product, which is closely linked to income. There is also industrial land and commercial real estate, which belong to production factors. Rental housing should be somewhere in between. Solving the housing problem of the labor force is also a problem of high factors. To put it bluntly, people work and live in the city. Without a house, he wants to rent a house, and the rent is high, so the salary must be high, otherwise people will leave.

Beiqing Daily: Beijing piloted the construction of rental housing on collective construction land earlier to solve the problem of collective dormitory for enterprise employees in industrial parks, and at the same time, it was aimed at security guards, domestic workers, couriers and other service groups. In order to solve the housing pressure problem of high-tech talents, Zhongguancun used collective construction land to build rental housing to carry out a pilot project of public rental housing for makers. Maker Tenant enjoys 50% rent subsidy from Haidian District, Beijing. What do you think?

Liao Yonglin: Many cities attract talents by providing preferential housing conditions.

If the job advertisement says that housing is provided, then its salary can be lower. If not, I’m sorry, then the salary will be higher.

The government vigorously promotes the construction of rental housing.

Beiqing Daily: What do you think of the current problem of high housing prices? There is a voice that high land prices are behind high housing prices, because most of the housing prices are land prices, and the construction and installation costs account for a small proportion. What do you think of the frequent occurrence of "high-priced land" in the land market and the problem that "flour is more expensive than bread"?

Liao Yonglin: Whether the high housing price is cost-driven or price-driven, this is a chicken or egg problem, and there will never be any result. Market economy is to buy production factors after the price of supply and demand is accurate. If the cost determines the price, it is not a market economy. Now it is always said that "flour is more expensive than bread", in fact, developers will not do business at a loss. The problem now is to solve the problem of housing price expectation and realize the price balance between supply and demand. Now the government is vigorously promoting the construction of rental housing, especially advocating the right to rent and purchase, and establishing a long-term mechanism for real estate, which is to solve this expected problem.

  ■ Land supply ■

The design of "multi-subject land supply" system should keep up

Beiqing Daily: Since last year, the central government has repeatedly proposed to speed up the establishment of a "multi-agent supply, multi-channel security, and rent-and-purchase housing system". Does multi-subject land supply mean a breakthrough in the existing "bidding, auction and hanging" system of commercial housing land supply?

Liao Yonglin: Actually, China’s real estate industry was originally a multi-subject land supply, and later it moved towards a single subject land supply. However, there are many problems in supervision in this way. In terms of economic value, the highest urban construction land is real estate, followed by industrial land, and the worst is infrastructure land. If the rush to engage in real estate will be chaotic, what about the infrastructure? Multi-subject land supply later became a single subject land supply, but in this mode, the government monopolized the land, and some local governments often did not take the initiative to supply land in order to raise land prices.

Now we advocate multi-agent land supply, but we don’t simply go back to the past, but we should keep up with it in system design and supervision, so as to solve the possible problems of multi-agent land supply and the problems of single agent land supply.

Shijiazhuang issued an orange warning of heavy polluted weather and launched a Class II emergency response.

Cctv newsAccording to the news of "Shijiazhuang Released" WeChat WeChat official account on February 4th, according to the joint consultation between the Provincial Ecological Environment Emergency and Heavy Pollution Weather Warning Center, China National Environmental Monitoring Center and the Provincial Meteorological Disaster Prevention and Environmental Meteorological Center, it is estimated that the diffusion conditions in Shijiazhuang will deteriorate from February 3rd, and pollutants will continue to accumulate, reaching the level of moderate to heavy pollution from February 5th. According to the suggestion of the Letter of the Provincial Atmospheric Office on Doing a Good Job in the Response to the Recent Pollution Process (Jiqi Lingban Letter [2023] No.6), in order to reduce the impact of heavily polluted weather on public health, the municipal meteorological and ecological environment departments have judged and reported it to emergency headquarters for approval, and now an orange warning of heavily polluted weather is issued to the whole city. The Class II emergency response of heavily polluted weather will be started at 18: 00 on February 4, 2023, and the release time will be notified separately.

  I. Control measures for industrial enterprises

The city’s gas-related industrial enterprises are strictly in place in accordance with the requirements of Grade II differentiated emission reduction measures for orange warning in the List of Industrial Sources for Emergency Emission Reduction of Heavy Pollution Weather in Shijiazhuang City in 2022-2023 (Revised Edition). For enterprises included in the white list of ecological environment supervision, in the case of normal operation of pollution prevention facilities and stable discharge of pollutants up to the standard, in principle, they will not limit production or stop production, encourage enterprises to reduce emissions independently, and strictly guard against "one size fits all".

  Second, non-point source control measures

In addition to emergency rescue projects, white list, people’s livelihood security and other provincial and municipal key projects will stop painting, slope protection and shotcreting, building demolition, earthwork and other construction operations at night under the premise of strictly implementing "six hundred percent" and "two full coverage"; Other construction sites stop the above processes all day, and other processes can be constructed normally. Strengthen global cleaning and cleaning, increase the frequency of road wet sweeping according to meteorological conditions, and reduce road dust. Within the administrative area of the city, it is forbidden to set off fireworks and firecrackers all the time, and it is completely forbidden to burn straw, biomass and garbage in the open air.

  Third, mobile source control measures

Special vehicles such as emergency rescue, epidemic prevention and control, life support and medical waste disposal will open up green channels to ensure normal traffic. Guide transit vehicles to avoid driving in the main city. In principle, heavy and medium-sized trucks, three-wheeled vehicles, low-speed trucks and tractors are prohibited from passing through the central city and counties (cities, districts) except for urban operation support vehicles and special vehicles performing tasks. Focus on large car users and reduce transport vehicles. Industrial enterprises and logistics parks prohibit the use of heavy-duty trucks (including gas) of Grade IV and below for transportation (except special vehicles and vehicles for hazardous chemicals), stop using non-road mobile machinery with emission standards of Grade II and below, and encourage the use of new energy working machinery.

  Fourth, public protection measures

It is suggested that children, the elderly and patients with respiratory tract, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other chronic diseases should stay indoors as far as possible, avoid outdoor activities, and minimize the ventilation time of opening windows; Medical and health institutions should strengthen medical guidance and medical support for patients with respiratory diseases; The general population reduces or avoids outdoor activities; Outdoor work, duty, homework, activities and other personnel can take necessary protective measures such as wearing masks and shortening outdoor working hours.

  V. Initiative emission reduction measures

Advocate public green travel, and try to travel by public transport or electric cars; Stop the engine in time to reduce the idle running time of the vehicle; Consciously stop driving fuel-fired motor vehicles at or below the national level. Advocate green consumption, and units and the public should minimize the use of raw materials and products such as paints, paints and solvents containing volatile organic compounds.

Qing Wenyi, the 17-year-old swimming champion of the Youth Games, died suddenly, and Luo Xuejuan and Sun Yang both had heart problems.

Qingwenyi Xinhua Net Map

On November 9th, Qing Wenyi, a 17-year-old swimming star, died suddenly in the dormitory of the Beijing national team. She had just won the women’s 100-meter and 200-meter breaststroke gold medals at the first Youth Games.

According to Xinhua News Agency, Qing Wenyi suddenly went into shock in the dormitory in the early morning of November 9, and the team immediately called the 120 ambulance. However, the rescue failed to save the young girl’s life.

As of press time, the China Swimming Team has not announced the detailed reasons for Qing Wenyi’s sudden death, and it does not rule out that it was caused by a sudden heart attack.

In the early morning, my teammates were awakened by a loud cry.

According to Xinhua News Agency, it happened at three or four o’clock in the morning on November 9. My roommate was awakened by a loud cry from Qing Wenyi. She turned on the light and called her, only to find that she didn’t respond. The roommate invited the team doctor to make a preliminary diagnosis. The team doctor thought the situation was bad and called 120 ambulances.

The ambulance doctor carried out emergency rescue on her while sending her to Tiantan Hospital for further rescue. After informing Qing Wenyi’s parents, the national team, the Beijing team and the relevant leaders and responsible persons of the Beijing Municipal Sports Bureau, they rushed to Tiantan Hospital separately. After nearly an hour of rescue, Qing Wenyi was still unable to pull back from the death line. Tiantan Hospital announced the death of Qing Wenyi.

While Qing Wenyi was sent to the hospital, the national swimming team also informed her parents. As the only daughter in the family, Qing Wenyi’s death also caused great pain to her parents. They said that they would not do an autopsy and hoped to let their daughter rest in peace as soon as possible.

She was once regarded as the future "female frog king"

The name Qing Wenyi is not familiar to people, and she only came to the fore at the Youth Games last month.

At the Youth Games held at the end of October, Qing Wenyi won the 100m breaststroke champion on behalf of Beijing Shunyi Team, and two days later, she won the second gold in 200m breaststroke.

After Luo Xuejuan and Qi Hui retired, China women’s breaststroke entered a "off-schedule period", and 17-year-old Qing Wenyi’s performance at the Youth Games made people see the potential. Her winning results in the women’s 100m and 200m breaststroke in the Youth Games were 1 minute 08.99 seconds and 2 minutes 30.39 seconds respectively, and these two results could reach the semi-finals in Kazan World Championships.

After winning two gold medals in the Youth Games, she told the reporter of Beijing Evening News that her achievements "should have room for improvement". After Beijing Shunyi team won the silver medal in the 4× 100m medley relay, she also wrote in her own Weibo that "go back and continue to work hard".

However, it is a pity that the swimming star can no longer be seen in the swimming pool.

The physical examination was normal, and the national team had a case of sudden death.

Up to now, the specific cause of death of Qing Wenyi has not been announced, and it is not ruled out that it was caused by a heart attack.

It is worth mentioning that just two weeks ago, on October 28th, Qing Wenyi also took part in a physical examination with all her teammates, and all the results were normal.

However, Sun Chunli, the leader of the Beijing swimming team, told Beijing Youth Daily that Qing Wenyi had a comment on sinus bradycardia on his physical examination form, but it was normal for most people who often engaged in sports. Sun Chunli also revealed that such sudden death occurred once in the national swimming team in 1972, and was diagnosed as acute pancreatitis after dissection. The situation of Qing Wenyi is somewhat similar, but it cannot be asserted that it is related to heart or pancreatitis.

According to Xinhua News Agency, Qing Wenyi was a substitute member of the national team. She just concentrated on training on November 2, and the current training is only a recovery training. The intensity is not great. On the 8 th of the day before her death, she only swam less than 1,000 meters. It seems that it is difficult to think that "too tired" is the direct cause of her sudden death. Ma Wei, an expert in cardiovascular medicine at the First Hospital of Peking University, explained in an interview with Tencent Sports: "Under normal circumstances, sudden death is caused by heart overload. Young cases like Qing Wenyi are mostly caused by hereditary or congenital heart abnormalities, and myocarditis is very likely."

Some people also suspect on the internet that Qing Wenyi’s sudden death is related to stimulants. However, people related to the swimming team denied this speculation, saying that everything was normal in the doping test of the Youth Games, and no doping was found. It can be confirmed that the death of Qing Wenyi was not caused by doping.

Swimmers are also at risk of heart disease.

It is worth mentioning that this is not the first time that a swimmer has died suddenly. In April 2012, Norwegian swimmer alexander dale oen died suddenly in the locker room of the swimming pool during the Olympic training camp. The final death report showed that he died of a serious heart disease caused by a coronary blood clot.

In 2007, Zhou Yanchun, a 17-year-old national first-class swimmer in Shanghai, drowned in the swimming pool. The cause of death was also that he had myocarditis before and suffered from ventricular arrhythmia due to lack of oxygen during high-intensity training.

In fact, two Olympic champions, Luo Xuejuan and Sun Yang, also suffer from heart diseases. Luo Xuejuan had to retire early, regretfully, from the initial heart ischemia and hypoxia to multiple ectopic beats. Sun Yang also suffered from myocarditis caused by a cold in 2008, resulting in insufficient blood supply to the myocardium, and Kazan World Championships also suffered from heart discomfort in the 1500m freestyle final. He once told The Paper that in severe cases, the heart beat 10,000 times a day.

An expert who used to be a researcher of the national swimming team told The Paper that there is no direct evidence that swimming is easy to cause heart disease. "Compared with other sports, the proportion of heart disease among swimmers is not high, and foreign reports show that the probability is a few ten thousandths."

However, he also admitted that because swimmers have been challenging the physical limits, the heart load is not small. "And holding your breath in the water will also cause the problem of heart ischemia and hypoxia. Once there is a problem with the heart, there is indeed a risk."

A former national swimmer who did not want to be named also told The Paper that short-distance swimming training will have some impact on the heart. "Generally, in short-distance swimming training, most of them use the method of holding their breath to reduce resistance and improve speed in an anaerobic state. In fact, under the condition of high-intensity training competition, this does have an impact on the heart."

Obama is desperate to promote medical reform or achieve the biggest change in 45 years. Obama is desperate to promote medical reform or achieve the biggest change in 45 years

During the Clinton period, "medical insurance" must be legislated and owned by everyone. Employers are explicitly required to buy medical insurance for their employees. Obama relaxed the "strictness" of this idea. Employers and enterprises with real difficulties can make exceptions and do not have to buy medical insurance for their employees.

About 10 million low-income people, including the elderly and children, apply for medical benefits every year. If this kind of welfare is open to all Americans, many private insurance companies and hospitals, including doctors and private clinical institutions, will go bankrupt.

Where can the American government get the money to let the people enjoy medical insurance? Still can only play the idea of taxation. Obama has increased the sales tax on tobacco and alcohol. Now it is planned to raise taxes on "junk food", Coca-Cola and other drinks with high sugar content.

Medical care in the United States is expensive, not because of lack of resources, but because of excessive abuse. Of every $1 in medical expenses, 30 cents are spent unnecessarily. Therefore, the real American medical reform must focus on the quality and effect of medical care.

Universal health insurance is not as simple and sweet as people think. Universal health insurance first means that everyone can afford insurance. What is the most basic service? Can health care and prevention be included in this range? Is psychiatric treatment included in this insurance?

National CDC: At present, the epidemic situation of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases is generally stable.

CCTV News:According to the news of the National Bureau for Disease Control and Prevention in WeChat official account on September 22nd, the epidemic prevention and control group of the joint prevention and control mechanism in the State Council issued the Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Prevention and Control of Covid-19 Infection and Other Key Infectious Diseases before and after the Mid-Autumn National Day holiday in 2023. According to the Notice, since February 2023, the epidemic situation in COVID-19 in China has been low-level and wave-like. At present, the epidemic situation of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases is generally stable, but dengue fever is in the high season in some provinces, and the epidemic situation of influenza in some southern provinces is on the rise. This year’s Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday are connected, and people’s willingness to travel is strong. People’s cross-regional mobility, the number of people entering and leaving the country and gathering activities will obviously increase. The risk of respiratory infectious diseases such as COVID-19 will increase, the risk of mosquito-borne infectious diseases such as dengue fever and malaria will increase, and the risk of intestinal infectious diseases such as infectious diarrhea will increase. If prevention and control measures are not implemented in place, the possibility of gathering epidemics such as COVID-19 and dengue fever in individual areas will not be ruled out. All localities and departments should attach great importance to the prevention and control of COVID-19 and other key infectious diseases before and after the Mid-Autumn National Day holiday, effectively coordinate the prevention and control of epidemic situation and economic and social development, scientifically and accurately implement the prevention and control measures of "Class B and Class B Management" and other key infectious diseases in COVID-19, and minimize the risk of epidemic spread on the premise of fully ensuring the normal travel needs of the masses.

Notice on the prevention and control of infections and other key infectious diseases in Covid-19 before and after the Mid-Autumn National Day holiday in 2023

No.3 [2023] of joint prevention and control mechanism

All provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps joint defense and control mechanism (leading group, headquarters), members of the State Council joint defense and control mechanism, China CDC:

In order to implement the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, further improve the prevention and control of Covid-19 infection (hereinafter referred to as COVID-19) and other key infectious diseases before and after the Mid-Autumn National Day holiday in 2023, and effectively protect the people to spend a healthy and safe holiday, the relevant requirements are hereby notified as follows:

First, strengthen ideological understanding and attach great importance to epidemic prevention and control before and after the Mid-Autumn National Day holiday.

Since February, 2023, the epidemic situation in COVID-19 in China has been low-level and wave-like. At present, the epidemic situation in COVID-19 and other infectious diseases is generally stable, but dengue fever is in the high-incidence season in some provinces, and influenza epidemic in some southern provinces is on the rise.

Two, strengthen the gateway forward, to further reduce the risk of epidemic import.

The customs department should strictly implement measures such as temperature monitoring of entry personnel, health declaration verification, and COVID-19 nucleic acid sampling inspection, strengthen the dynamic monitoring of Covid-19 mutant strains imported from abroad, and promptly notify the local disease control department to carry out epidemiological investigation of new mutant strains discovered by sequencing; Strengthen port quarantine inspection, vector disinfection, and prevent the import of mosquito-borne infectious diseases such as dengue fever and malaria; Strengthen the investigation of entry personnel with monkeypox-like symptoms or related abnormal health declaration, and find the imported cases of monkeypox in time. All localities should guide outbound business, tourism and other personnel to pay attention to the epidemic situation in the destination, do personal protection and reduce the risk of overseas infection; After returning home, you should take the initiative to do a good job of self-health monitoring, see a doctor in time after the symptoms appear, and take the initiative to inform the doctor of the history of leaving the country.

Third, strengthen monitoring and early warning to ensure early detection of the epidemic.

All localities should strengthen the monitoring of epidemic situation of COVID-19 and other key infectious diseases before and after the Mid-Autumn National Day holiday. Before the holiday, we should strengthen the risk judgment of epidemic situation, check shortcomings and fill loopholes, and take targeted prevention and control measures to eliminate potential risks in time. During the holidays, we should strengthen epidemic monitoring and early warning, and release epidemic information and health risk tips in real time. After the holiday, we should timely judge the development trend of the epidemic, and do a good job in monitoring the epidemic situation in key institutions such as schools, pension institutions and social welfare institutions to prevent the epidemic from rebounding. All localities should strengthen the management of legal infectious disease information report to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the report.

Fourth, strengthen the prevention and control of key links and effectively block the spread of the epidemic.

  (1) Strengthen the prevention and control of travel epidemic. Transportation units should co-ordinate the prevention and control of epidemic situation and the organization and guarantee of holiday transportation. The passenger station should increase or open the entrance and security inspection channels in time according to the passenger flow demand, guide passengers to enter the station in an orderly manner by car and boat, and reduce passenger congestion and waiting time. Do a good job in cleaning, disinfection, ventilation and ventilation of passenger stations, expressway service areas and toll stations, and advocate passengers to wear masks scientifically at passenger stations and when taking vehicles.

  (2) Strengthen the prevention and control of epidemic situation in tourism activities. Tourist attractions around the country should implement the requirements of "limited, reserved and peak-shifting", promptly and dynamically divert passenger flow, and avoid large-scale gathering of people in indoor venues. Strengthen the ventilation of indoor venues and other places with dense people and closed space, strengthen the management of drinking water, food and environmental sanitation in tourist attractions, and appropriately increase the frequency of cleaning and disinfection of public goods and facilities that are frequently contacted. Catering service units should strengthen food hygiene and safety management to effectively reduce the risk of intestinal infectious diseases.

  (3) Strengthen epidemic prevention and control in key institutions. During the holidays, local pension institutions and social welfare institutions should strengthen internal management, do a good job in monitoring the health of clients and staff, strengthen daily protection and environmental disinfection, and implement the protective requirements for visitors to wear masks scientifically. Schools should strengthen the health monitoring of teachers and students who return to school after the holiday, implement measures such as morning (noon) check-up, tracing and registration of the cause of absence due to illness (attendance), case report, etc., and do a good job in investigating teachers and students who have symptoms such as fever and cough to prevent cluster epidemics on campus.

  (4) Strengthening the patriotic health campaign. All localities should carry out in-depth patriotic health campaigns, strengthen environmental sanitation management, and clean up health corners in time. According to the variety, distribution and density trend of local key vectors such as mosquitoes and rodents, mosquito and rodent control should be carried out in a targeted manner, and vector control and source control should be strengthened to create a good environment for the prevention and control of infectious diseases such as dengue fever and epidemic hemorrhagic fever.

(five) timely disposal of cluster epidemic. All localities should strengthen the disposal of clustered epidemic situation of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases, start emergency response in time, carry out epidemiological investigation, laboratory testing, infection source management, disinfection of epidemic areas and other measures, so as to achieve early detection, early reporting, early isolation and early treatment, and control the epidemic risk in the bud. China CDC should strengthen technical support for the disposal of local cluster epidemics, block the transmission chain as soon as possible, and prevent the spread of epidemics.

Five, strengthen publicity and education, enhance the awareness of scientific prevention and control.

All localities should timely, accurately and objectively release information on epidemic situation and prevention and control work, carry out in-depth publicity on prevention and control knowledge of infectious diseases such as COVID-19, influenza, dengue fever and infectious diarrhea according to the characteristics of local epidemic situation, vigorously advocate healthy lifestyles, and strive to improve people’s awareness of self-protection and timely medical treatment. Remind people who go out to take measures to prevent mosquito bites, remind people who go to natural foci of plague, epidemic hemorrhagic fever and other diseases not to contact with animals and products in the foci, remind people with suspected contact history of monkeypox to do self-health monitoring, and advocate that people with fever, cough and other symptoms should suspend their travel during holidays.

Six, strengthen the diagnosis and treatment services, to do a good job in case treatment.

All localities should co-ordinate the deployment of medical and health resources within their jurisdiction, strengthen the strength of outpatient and emergency departments, fever clinics, pediatrics, respiratory departments and critical care departments, and ensure the smooth and orderly medical treatment during the Mid-Autumn National Day holiday. Medical institutions should strengthen the training of medical personnel, improve the diagnosis and treatment ability of plague, monkeypox, dengue fever and other infectious diseases, and implement the requirements of "four early". It is necessary to strictly implement the requirements of the infectious disease pre-inspection and triage system and the infection prevention and control system of medical institutions, strengthen the management of fever clinics and intestinal clinics, and do a good job in personal protection of doctors and patients to effectively avoid nosocomial infections.

Seven, strengthen organizational leadership, to ensure that all measures are implemented.

  (1) Compacting the "four-party responsibility". Local party committees and governments at all levels should implement territorial responsibilities, maintain the normal operation of joint prevention and control mechanisms at all levels, strengthen organizational leadership and inter-departmental coordination, and adhere to the principle of "common prevention of multiple diseases" to ensure the health and safety of the people. All departments should implement the responsibilities of industry leaders, strengthen overall scheduling, supervision and guidance, and promote the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures in the industry. All organs, enterprises, institutions and other units should implement the main responsibility and strictly implement the provisions on the prevention and control of territorial epidemics. Advocate individuals to adhere to good hygiene habits and be the first responsible person for their own health.

  (2) Strengthen emergency duty. All localities should strengthen the duty on duty during the Mid-Autumn National Day holiday, refine the epidemic prevention and control measures, focus on key time periods and key links, and report the epidemic in time, respond quickly and deal with it effectively once it is discovered. The host area of Hangzhou Asian Games should strengthen the epidemic information notification and joint prevention and control with neighboring areas. When all localities find relevant epidemic information and clues, they should notify the host area of Hangzhou Asian Games at the first time to jointly do a good job in the prevention and control of infectious diseases during the games.

  (3) Strengthen supervision and inspection. All localities should strengthen the supervision and inspection of disinfection, ventilation and ventilation in public places such as hotels, passenger stations, supermarkets, indoor venues in tourist attractions, strengthen the supervision and inspection of drinking water and food hygiene in tourist attractions and catering service units, and urge relevant units to rectify the problems found in the inspection in time to ensure that indoor air, public goods, drinking water and food meet relevant hygiene standards.

Consumer reminder

Pay attention to check the saddle length.

01

Rational selection of vehicle types

Select the vehicle type according to the budget and usage scenarios, and ensure that the selection matches your own needs.

02

Check CCC certification mark

It is suggested to choose an electric bicycle brand with high popularity and good reputation; Inquire about the "three guarantees" period of products and the number of local after-sales service outlets to facilitate later maintenance; Check the CCC certification mark of the vehicle, and check the consistency between the certificate and the overall appearance of the vehicle, especially the saddle length. If there is a big discrepancy, it may be that the dealer is suspected of unauthorized modification, which may seriously affect the riding safety of electric vehicles.

03

Experience cycling on the spot

Feel whether the vehicle starts, accelerates and runs smoothly, whether the vehicle is comfortable to handle, and check the brake tightness, handlebar flexibility and wheel mobility to ensure that the selected vehicle is suitable for its own handling; Do not modify or ask the seller to modify the electric bicycle without authorization, so as not to bury hidden dangers for future driving safety.

04

Retained consumption voucher

Keep the proof of purchase, such as invoices, shopping receipts, detailed list of goods, etc. If quality problems of goods are found during use, complain about rights protection in time.
