Beijing police: Three people were arrested for insulting or beating staff at the nucleic acid testing point.

"Safe Beijing" WeChat WeChat official account reported on the 14th that nucleic acid detection is an effective means and key measure for epidemic prevention and control, and it is also a realistic need to ensure everyone’s normal life. Orderly on-site order can ensure the smooth development of testing work. Medical staff and epidemic prevention workers have been working tirelessly to fight the epidemic, and the general public has actively participated in cooperation and concerted efforts to fight the epidemic, making the prevention and control barrier more solid. However, in contrast to Qi Xin’s selfless dedication, there are still very few people who do not abide by the law and touch the red line and are dealt with by the public security organs according to law.

At about 17 o’clock on May 10, 2022, the offender Wang Moumou (male, 42 years old) was drunk and did not line up in order at a nucleic acid testing point in Gaoliying Town, Shunyi District. When the staff dissuaded him, he insulted and beat the staff, disturbing the order at the scene. At present, this person has been administratively detained by Shunyi Public Security Bureau according to law.

At about 15 o’clock on May 12, 2022, the offender Zhou Moumou (male, 49 years old) was waiting in line at a nucleic acid testing point in Huang Zhuang, Haidian District. He was dissatisfied with the staff reminding him to keep a safe distance and insulted the staff, causing adverse effects. At present, this person has been administratively detained by Haidian Public Security Bureau according to law.

At 10 o’clock on May 13, 2022, the illegal actor Huang (male, 54 years old) did not follow the guidance route after receiving nucleic acid testing at a nucleic acid testing point in Huangcun Town, Daxing District, and stayed next to the epidemic prevention materials placement area. When the staff reminded him, the person did not listen to dissuasion and continued to insult the staff, which affected the development of nucleic acid testing. At present, this person has been administratively detained by Daxing Public Security Bureau according to law.

Nucleic acid testing is not only a test of virus, but also a test of literacy and morality. If you don’t make trouble, you make a contribution. Only by obeying the rules can we win the "epidemic". Abiding by epidemic prevention regulations and fulfilling personal responsibilities is not only contributing to the overall situation of prevention and control, but also caring and respecting others for their dedication. The police will resolutely crack down on all illegal and criminal acts that "make things worse" for epidemic prevention and control, severely punish "black sheep" and never let everyone’s hard work go to waste.

According to the new standard, what is the quality of drinking water in Jiaxing? Come and find out!

fromOn April 1, 2023, the Hygienic Standard for Drinking Water (GB 5749-2022) was officially implemented. Compared with the 2006 version of the standard, the new standard has adjusted the number of indicators, the classification of indicators, and the limit values of some indicators.

Compare with the new standard,What is the drinking water quality of Jiaxing at present? Come and find out!

In recent years, Jiayuan Group is committed to building from the source to the leader. The "Best Water Supply City" fully escorts the drinking water safety and quality of Hecheng people through measures such as "Five Waters Governance", water ecological wetland protection, water diversion from outside the city (Qiandao Lake water source), upgrading of water-making technology of water plants and transformation of water supply pipe network.

According to the new standard, all the indexes of tap water quality in Jiaxing city meet the standard. For example, in the test results of water in pipe network, the permanganate index changed from the original1.5mg/L decreased to about 0.5mg/L now, the total hardness decreased from 181mg/L to 81mg/L, and the total soluble solids decreased from 276mg/L to 145mg/L, all of which are far superior to the latest national Hygienic Standard for Drinking Water (GB 5749-2022), and even better than the Standard for Drinking Water Quality, which regulates and guides direct drinking water. At present, the quality of drinking water in Jiaxing has changed from qualified water to high-quality water.

Ecological improvement, wetlands benefit the people.Since the "Five Waters Governance", Jiayuan Group has continuously improved the quality of water ecological environment. The main water sources of its two water plants, Shijiuyang Water Plant and Guanjinggang Water Plant, are Xincheng Pond and Haiyan Pond, which belong to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal system and are transit surface water, and there are many uncontrollable factors. Facing the current situation of "water shortage" of drinking water source, since the two wetlands were put into operation, the main pollution indexes in raw water have been purified by using wetland circulation system, and the indexes such as ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus have been improved. Since 2017, the water quality of the water source has reached the Class III water standard, further improving the water supply safety.

Extraterritorial water diversion, the source of water for the people. In June 2021, the "Hundred Years and Hundred Projects" major livelihood project-the water distribution project in urban areas outside the city was officially put into use. After the project was put into operation, it and the local ecological wetland water source formed a "double water source" water supply security guarantee in Jiaxing City. At present, about 40% of the tap water provided to the public is high-quality water sources outside the city, which has improved the water quality at the source. After the operation of the water diversion project outside the territory, the water quality of the factory water and the pipe network water is obviously improved, and the sensory properties and general chemical indexes affecting the taste are obviously reduced, among which the permanganate index, sulfate, total dissolved solids and total organic carbon of the pipe network water are reduced by 35.9%, 35.3%, 33.7% and 25.1% respectively.

Process upgrading, water quality benefiting people.Contract in pipe network60% of the water comes from Shijiuyang and Guanjing Port, two major water sources at the city level. Before the Spring Festival this year, Shijiuyang and Guanjing Port operated the most advanced nanofiltration process in the world. At present, the local water source adopts the combined process of "biological pretreatment+strengthening routine+ozone-activated carbon advanced treatment+nanofiltration membrane treatment", which not only "quenches thirst" for the problem of "water shortage" in Jiaxing area, but also provides high-quality drinking water for the citizens at the city level. With the completion of the first phase of the upgrading project of nanofiltration membrane technology, combined with the high-quality water outside the city, the permanganate index, sulfate, total dissolved solids and total organic carbon in the water of the city-level tap water pipe network decreased by 66.7%, 76.1%, 47.5% and 63.0% respectively, which significantly optimized the sensory properties and organic comprehensive indicators affecting the taste, and improved the taste of drinking water.

In the past two years, the quality improvement project carried out in Jiaxing City has simultaneously transformed the tap water pipe network, replacing the old pipe network with high-quality pipes such as ductile iron pipes and stainless steel pipes. At present, Jiaxing City is about88% of the main pipes are made of high-quality pipes (especially in the central city), and the risk of secondary pollution in the water distribution network is effectively controlled.

Ten Trends of Internet Development in China

On February 3rd, 2015, China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) released the 35th Statistical Report on Internet Development in China, in which ten trends and characteristics of Internet development in China were expounded.

First, the growth rate of netizens continued to narrow, and the difficulty of transforming non-netizens continued to expand. In 2014, there were 31.17 million new netizens in China, and the growth rate was significantly narrowed. Non-netizens’ willingness to surf the Internet continues to decline. The main reason for not surfing the Internet is that they don’t know computers or networks. The lack of Internet knowledge and application skills is an important reason for the gap in Internet use between netizens and non-netizens.

Second, there are great differences between Internet regions, and the digital gap between urban and rural areas needs to be further reduced. The inter-provincial difference of Internet penetration rate decreased from 3.37 in 1997 to 0.24 in 2014, but the difference between developed and underdeveloped provinces is still obvious. Although the scale and penetration rate of netizens in rural areas are increasing, the difference of Internet penetration rate between urban and rural areas is still expanding, and the fundamental reason is the unbalanced regional economic development.

Third, tablet entertainment is preferred, and network TV opens a new mode of entertainment. The entertainment and convenience of tablet computers make it an important entertainment device for netizens. At the end of 2014, the utilization rate has reached 34.8%, and it has a higher utilization rate among people with high education and high income. Internet TV has gradually become a new family entertainment mode. As of December 2014, the utilization rate of Internet TV has reached 15.6%.

Fourth, instant messaging has a stable position and evolved into a high value-added business portal. As of December 2014, the utilization rate of mobile instant messaging was 91.2%, up 5.1 percentage points from the end of 2013. Mobile instant messaging has gradually evolved from a single communication tool to a user portal for high value-added services such as payment, games and O2O, and has provided huge potential commercial value for other services with a huge user base.

Five, the mobile phone business application broke out, and the mobile phone travel booking momentum was the fiercest. In 2014, the development of mobile commerce applications among netizens in China exploded, and the annual growth rate of users such as mobile online shopping, mobile payment and mobile banking far exceeded the growth rate of other mobile applications. Mobile phone travel booking, which has been at a low level for a long time, has an annual growth rate of 194.6% in 2014, making it the fastest growing mobile business application.

6. Internet financial management is gradually decreasing, and the scale is stable and the expansion speed is gradually slowing down. By December 2014, the number of netizens who had purchased online wealth management products reached 78.49 million, an increase of 14.65 million compared with June 2014. Due to the diversion caused by the decline in yield and the recovery of China stock market, the explosive growth of users has basically ended, and the growth rate has begun to slow down.

Seven, the popularity of enterprise Internet is high, and there is much room for improvement in practical application. In enterprises that use the Internet for office work, the access rate of fixed broadband has exceeded 95% for many years, but there is still much room for improvement in the actual application level of the Internet. The boundary between traditional enterprises and internet enterprises is becoming more and more blurred, and the internet will become an inseparable part of the daily operation of enterprises.

Eight, the first-tier cities improve the quality of O2O, and medical and housekeeping O2O needs to be released urgently. O2O enterprises take the lead in layout in first-tier cities, and quickly gather a large number of deep users by catering to users’ needs; The business layout of second-and third-tier cities is gradually expanding, and the huge consumption potential will make the market enter the stage of incremental growth. The development of medical and housekeeping O2O has just started, with strong user demand and great development potential.

Nine, mobile phone network video exceeds PC, and network video has entered a period of steady development. In 2014, the overall scale of online video users was still growing, but the usage rate declined slightly; The user scale and usage rate of mobile video still keep increasing, but the growth rate has obviously slowed down, and the network video industry has entered a period of steady development. As of December 2014, 71.9% of video users chose to watch videos on their mobile phones; The usage rate of tablet computer and TV is about 23%, which is an important device for watching online video programs.

Ten, PC online games are still the backbone, and mobile online games and TV games are the highlights. PC online games attract the most valuable in-depth users and remain the backbone of the game market. The explosive growth of mobile games reached its peak in the first half of 2014, and gradually entered the reshuffle period in the second half of the year, showing a steady and declining trend. It is expected that the share will be further expanded in 2015. In 2014, the policy of lifting the ban on game consoles made video games a new market focus. However, judging from the current development trend of the TV game market, it is not the game console, but the Internet TV or "box" that will quickly occupy the market in the next year.

Shanghai Daily, a red periodical that studies the world, is a newspaper engaged in guerrilla warfare.

In April 1927, after the failure of the First Great Revolution, the Kuomintang gradually established a news network serving the counter-revolutionary cause, represented by the Central News Agency, the Central Daily and the China National Radio, and monopolized the press and publication in the Kuomintang-controlled areas, and successively promulgated a series of restrictions on freedom of speech and publication, such as the Regulations on Censorship of Publications, the Provisional Counter-revolutionary Criminal Law, the Principles of Publication Regulations, the Regulations on Censorship of Publicity Materials and the Order on Banning Various Anonymous Publications. As a result, the Communist Party of China (CPC)’s journalism was greatly destroyed, and the revolutionary newspaper system established during the Great Revolution was completely destroyed.

In order to counter the cultural autocracy of the Kuomintang and meet the needs of the development of mass struggle, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China at that time, considering that the weekly Red Flag, which was founded in 1928, could not meet the needs of the unpredictable revolutionary situation, decided to set up a daily newspaper, with Li Qiushi, then propaganda minister of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, as the editor-in-chief and Xie Juezai, Li Bingzhong and other comrades as co-editors. On April 17th, 1929, Shanghai Daily was founded as Vernacular Daily, with workers as the main readers. It was a newspaper guiding the workers’ movement in jiangsu provincial party committee, the Communist Party of China (CPC). Shortly after its publication, Vernacular Daily had a great influence on some workers and aroused the suspicion of the Kuomintang, so it had to be published elsewhere. On May 19th of the same year, Vernacular Daily was renamed as Shanghai Daily, and the editorial department published Please read the minimum goods under the pseudonym of Laoyuan, pointing out that "unlike other newspapers designed for adults, Shanghai Daily is intended for friends in the society at least. They are long works, but we are short sayings. They are very expensive, at least one yuan and a few cents a month, and I only need twenty cents a month. They only say what Mr. Adult has to say. I want to say what friends in society have to say at least. In short, they are just the mouthpiece of Mr. Adult. I want to be friends of friends in society at least! " However, two weeks after its publication, Shanghai Daily was banned, the printing bureau was blocked and its boss was arrested. In such a harsh environment, Shanghai Daily was renamed Tiansheng (published for two days), Chenguang (published for three days), Hujiang Daily (published for more than two months) and Maritime Daily (published for more than four months). After a tenacious struggle under the white terror, the original name of Shanghai Daily was restored on November 12, 1929.

△ Vernacular Daily No.22

△ Shanghai Daily No.1 on May 19, 1929

The newspaper was founded less than a year ago. Under the severe persecution of imperialism and the Kuomintang, it changed its name and publishing address many times. During this period, the chief writer, the newspaper delivery person and the special correspondent were all devastated, but everyone always tried their best to expand the influence and distribution scope of the newspaper, which can be said to be a "guerrilla war" newspaper. Although it is a tabloid daily, it publicizes many contents, such as the struggle of the working class in Shanghai, the development of revolutionary base areas, the news of the Red Army movement, the revolutionary movements in various countries, etc., so that readers living in the white terror can clearly and affectionately feel that they are not alone, thus gaining great encouragement and strength, and also making Shanghai Daily gain higher and higher prestige among the workers. As pointed out in the 17th issue of Red Flag on March 26th, 1930, "Our Shanghai Newspaper has become the only reading material for the working class in Shanghai, and has become an authority among the Shanghai masses, which has made the ruling class in Shanghai tremble with fear for a long time. Although it has suffered the hardest oppression in terms of distribution, it can’t stop the development of our Shanghai Daily. "

Political Keywords Socialist Transformation | When did China enter the socialist society?

[Editor’s note]

This year marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China, which is a major event in China’s political life. Politics is the key to understanding the modern country, and it is also the knowledge and accomplishment to deeply understand the daily life practice. On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China, following the first opening of the column "Political Keywords" during the two sessions of the National People’s Congress this year, The Paper once again jointly launched this column with the Shanghai Federation of Social Sciences and the Shanghai Political Society, aiming at popularizing political knowledge by explaining political keywords in news and life.

Today’s political key word is "socialist transformation".

When did China enter the socialist society? The establishment of People’s Republic of China (PRC) marked the victory of China’s new-democratic revolution. At this time, China was not a socialist society. In 1953, the Communist Party of China (CPC) formally put forward the general line for the transitional period, which, on the one hand, promoted socialist industrialization, on the other hand, gradually realized the socialist transformation of agriculture, handicrafts and capitalist industry and commerce. In 1956, the socialist transformation was basically completed, and China entered the socialist society. In this regard, the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: "Our party United and led the people to complete the socialist revolution, established the basic socialist system, promoted socialist construction, and completed the most extensive and profound social changes in the history of the Chinese nation, laying a fundamental political premise and institutional foundation for all development and progress in contemporary China, and realizing the great leap of the Chinese nation from continuous decline in modern times to fundamental reversal of destiny and continuous prosperity."

What happened to the Communist Party of China (CPC)’s understanding of when to transition to socialism in 1952? The original idea was that after the founding of New China, after 10 to 15 years of new democratic construction, we would take practical steps to enter the socialist society calmly. By 1952, Mao Zedong and other party leaders had a new understanding of the original idea: they thought that the time had come for the transition to socialism. On September 24, 1952, Mao Zedong put forward at the the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee Conference: We should basically complete socialism in ten to fifteen years, not make the transition to socialism after ten years. Liu Shaoqi, Zhou Enlai and others have also discussed the idea of "gradually transitioning to socialism from now on".

In 1952, what great changes took place in China’s economic internal relations? From 1949 to 1952, in the process of national economic recovery, great changes have taken place in the internal relations of China’s economy. On the one hand, in the first three years of the founding of New China, the socialist factors were growing. First, the proportion of public and private economy has changed fundamentally: the socialist state-owned economy has strengthened its leading position in the whole national economy, not only controlling important industries and industrial sectors related to the national economy and people’s livelihood, but also occupying an advantage over private industries in modern industry. Second, private industry and commerce are subject to state management and supervision to varying degrees: a considerable number of private industries and commerce are brought into the track of state capitalism through processing and ordering, distribution and consignment, and public-private partnership. Thirdly, the movement of agricultural mutual aid and cooperation has been widely carried out in rural areas: the land reform has been basically completed throughout the country, and farmers who have participated in mutual aid groups have accounted for 40% of the total number of farmers. The above changes, in Zhou Enlai’s words, are "the proportion of socialist elements is increasing day by day, and the leading position of the state-owned economy is strengthened day by day". On the other hand, new contradictions have emerged and accumulated between the state-owned economy and the private economy. With the industrial recovery and the start of new construction projects, the demand for commodity grain and industrial raw materials has increased greatly, but the ability of individual farmers to expand reproduction after land reform is very limited, which can not meet the requirements of large-scale industrialization. The state requires industrialization and concentrates limited resources on key construction projects; The private economy requires expanding the free market and free trade to develop itself. In a word, the growth of socialist factors and the contradiction between state-owned economy and private economy are superimposed, so the task of socialist transformation of national economy is put on the agenda.

What is the "general line in the transitional period"? On June 15th, 1953, Mao Zedong formally put forward the basic contents of the general line for the transitional period for the first time at the Politburo meeting of the Chinese Communist Party. In December of the same year, after revision by Mao Zedong, the complete statement of the general line was determined: "It is a transitional period from the founding of People’s Republic of China (PRC) to the basic completion of socialist transformation. The party’s general line and task in this transitional period is to gradually realize the socialist industrialization of the country and gradually realize the socialist transformation of agriculture, rival industries and capitalist industry and commerce. " At that time, there was a popular explanation for the content of this general line: like a bird, it should have a subject, which is to develop socialist industry; It must have a pair of wings, which is the socialist transformation of agriculture, handicrafts and private industry and commerce. The sayings of "one body and two wings" and "one transformation and three changes" come from this. Since 1953, under the guidance of the general line in the transitional period, the Communist Party of China (CPC) led the people to carry out planned socialist construction and systematic socialist transformation.

What are the characteristics of China’s socialist transformation road? In the transitional period, the Communist Party of China (CPC) did not copy the experience of the Soviet Union, but creatively opened up a socialist transformation road suitable for China’s characteristics: First, individual agriculture mainly followed the principles of voluntary mutual benefit, typical demonstration and state help, from "mutual aid groups" to "primary cooperatives" and then to "advanced cooperatives". Second, a similar transitional method has been adopted for the transformation of individual handicrafts. Third, the transformation of capitalist industry and commerce, from the primary form of state capitalism (commissioned processing, planned ordering, unified purchase and underwriting, commissioned distribution and consignment, etc.), gradually transitioned to the advanced form of public-private partnership. Under the correct guidance of the party’s socialist transformation policy, China’s socialist transformation is generally progressing steadily and developing healthily. Of course, there are also shortcomings and deviations in socialist transformation. For example, after the summer of 1955, the socialist transformation of individual agriculture was too urgent, too rough, too fast, and the form was too simple and uniform, which left some problems for a long time. The Resolution on Some Historical Issues of the Party since the Founding of the People’s Republic of China pointed out that although there are some shortcomings and deviations in socialist transformation, "on the whole, such complicated, difficult and profound social changes have been successfully realized in a big country with a population of several hundred million, which has promoted the development of industry, agriculture and the whole national economy, and this is indeed a great historical victory".

In 2035, Beijing will become a world-class consumption hub city.

Beijing Youth Daily reporter learned from the Municipal Bureau of Commerce yesterday that the Spatial Layout Plan of Commercial Service Facilities in Beijing (draft for comments) organized by the Municipal Bureau of Commerce and the Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan") was open to the public for comments and suggestions before June 20. The Plan puts forward the overall goal of building Beijing into a world-class consumption hub city in 2035. In order to achieve this goal, Beijing will build a four-level commercial center system with wide area, regional level, regional level and community level within 16 years. At the same time, the core area should implement the principle of controlling the total scale of commercial facilities, and in principle, no new commercial building scale will be added.

The plan also sorts out the current commercial situation in Beijing. As of 2018, the commercial building area in Beijing is about 70 million square meters, and the per capita commercial business area is about 2 square meters. There are 186 supermarkets, 115 shopping centers, 111 department stores, 94 specialty store and 9 specialty stores.

In view of the current commercial development situation in Beijing, the plan points out that the scale of commercial buildings in the city is relatively sufficient, but the overall structure and layout need to be adjusted, and there are fewer commercial centers with high concentration, and the matching degree with rail transit and office space needs to be improved. Part of the commercial infrastructure is backward, the level of brand aggregation is low, the experience of the block is not strong, and the comfort is not high. There is a land gap in the planning of agricultural products wholesale markets and other urban operation guarantee facilities around the city; The density of community convenience commercial facilities is low, the degree of chain is low, and the service quality needs to be improved.

Construction of four-level commercial center in the city

Wangfujing builds "main street" and "auxiliary street"

The plan clearly proposes to adjust and optimize the business center system, and build a four-level business center system at the wide-area, regional, regional and community levels in the city.

First of all, the city has set Wangfujing and Qianmen Dashilan as the focus of cultivating wide-area commercial centers in the near future.

The Planning defines Wangfujing as a "high-quality core business district". It is clear that the scope of Wangfujing business district is: 1.8 kilometers from north to south, 0.95 kilometers from east to west, and covers an area of 1.65 square kilometers. East from Dongdan North Street and Dongsi South Street, west to Nanheyan Street and Beiheyan Street, south from East Chang ‘an Street and north to May 4th Street and Dongsi West Street.

The business focus of Wangfujing is: through the high concentration of commercial facilities, to meet the personalized and high-end consumption needs of domestic and foreign consumer groups, to create a high-quality core business district, to develop from the existing pedestrian street to the north and south, and to create a wonderful and magnificent pedestrian street; At the same time, the main street of pedestrian street expands from east to west to hutongs and courtyards, creating a "auxiliary street" with rich levels and exquisite details. Wangfujing business circle controls the development of commodity trading market, large-scale home shopping malls and large-scale comprehensive supermarkets.

The Planning defines the Dashilan area in Qianmen as a commercial brand gathering area reflecting the style of the ancient capital. Its scope is: east from Qianmen East Road, west to Meishi Street, south from Liangguang Road and north to Qianmen Xiheyan Street, covering an area of about 0.49 square kilometers.

The business focus of Qianmen Dashilan is: Qianmen Street, Dashilan Street, Xianyukou Street, Door Frame Hutong and other streets and lanes. The formats to encourage development are traditional time-honored businesses, intangible cultural heritage exhibition areas and museums reflecting the history of Beijing’s ancient capital. The formats for controlling development are commodity trading markets, large-scale comprehensive supermarkets and large-scale home shopping malls.

Secondly, in terms of regional commercial centers, the Plan points out that five regional commercial centers, namely CBD, Shijingshan, Huilongguan, Daxing Xihongmen and the city sub-center, will be cultivated in the near future. For example, the CBD area will be turned into a well-known commercial brand gathering area in eastern Beijing; Make the new Shougang area a new landmark for the revival of the capital city in the new era; Huilongguan (Tiantongyuan) area will arrange all kinds of high-quality commercial comprehensive facilities according to local conditions; Xihongmen area will develop into a comprehensive commercial center facing the south of the city; The sub-center area of the city will be built into a comprehensive commercial center with modern flavor and international characteristics.

Third, in terms of district-level commercial centers, the city will optimize the stock space of Xidan, Financial Street, Jianguomen, Wukesong and other district-level commercial centers. At the same time, the plan describes the commercial center at this level as a radiation radius of 5 kilometers, and the appropriate scale is 150,000 to 300,000 square meters.

The fourth-level business center is the community business center. Among them, large-scale community business centers serve 30,000-50,000 people; The small community business center serves 10,000-30,000 people, and it is suggested to set it as a community complex.

Four types of commercial characteristic blocks

Each has a clear development path

According to the "Planning", four types of characteristic commercial streets have been formed in this city. The first type is the ancient capital style, including Dashilan area in Qianmen, Nanluoguxiang, Yandai Xiejie, Huguosi Street and Liulichang Street. For this kind of commercial block, the Planning clearly points out that the development path is to scientifically guide the commercial development of the block and surrounding areas through the establishment of chambers of commerce and other institutions to prevent over-commercialization.

The second type of characteristic commercial street is modern and fashionable, including World Trade Center day order, Blue Harbor and Huaxi Wukesong. For this kind of commercial blocks, the Planning clearly points out that the development path is to further strengthen its ability to serve local consumers.

The third type of characteristic commercial district is cultural leisure. Including the Temple of Heaven Antique City, Panjiayuan flea market and so on. For this kind of commercial block, the Planning clearly points out that the development path is to explore the business model of combining commercial and tourism resources, and improve the characteristic level through unified design style.

The fourth type of commercial blocks are professional commodities, including Guijie, maliandao Tea Street, Hongqiao Market, cool car Town, etc. For this type of commercial blocks, the Planning clearly points out that the development path is to gradually adjust merchants to upgrade their formats and combine commodity culture with commodity retail.

Xinfadi retains the status of "wholesale main trading channel"

In guiding the rational distribution of commodity trading market and urban operation guarantee facilities, we will retain the position of the main trading channel of Xinfadi. At the same time, it is planned to reserve four primary wholesale markets in the southwest, southeast, northwest and northeast of the city. For example, in the southwest, keep the position of the main trading channel of the new land; In the southeast direction, expand the total scale of the circulation center by using the land of Shounong Group, etc., about 600 mu; In the northeast, plan a first-class wholesale market in Shunyi, with a land area of 800 mu; In the northwest, a comprehensive wholesale market for agricultural products is planned in the south exit of Changping.

  [Key Interpretation]

Wangfujing main street should have the capital spirit and auxiliary street should be more refined.

Original of Planning: Wangfujing area is highly concentrated by commercial facilities, mainly to meet the individualized and high-end consumption needs of domestic and foreign consumer groups, and extends from the existing pedestrian street to the north and south, creating a wonderful pedestrian street with a magnificent sequence. Expand from the main street to the east and west to the hutongs and courtyards, and create a pedestrian street with rich levels and exquisite details.

Interpretation: Lai Yang, vice president of Beijing Business Economics Association, believes that modern commercial streets should form a block structure in order to have vigorous vitality. For example, what you see on the main street is the boldness of the capital and the feeling of commercial facilities, while the development of auxiliary streets should be more refined.

For example, the area from waldorf in Jinyu Hutong to Jinbao Street is covered by business travelers. There are luxury counters in Peninsula Hotel and world famous car exhibition halls along Jinbao Street. In addition, the Hamres Toy City behind the department store extends to the China Children’s Art Theatre at the west exit of Wangfujing, which can be developed into a parent-child block.

Only by combining tradition and modernity can there be "super-wide-area radiation"

Original text of "Planning": Qianmen area, through the existing profound cultural advantages and commercial cultural characteristics, drives the block to form the coordinated development of time-honored brand culture, food culture, business travel culture and performing arts culture, and has the ability of ultra-wide radiation.

Interpretation: Lai Yang believes that in the past, consumers simply pursued fashion. Now, with the improvement of life quality, more consumers are willing to experience cultural blocks, and there are also characteristic blocks in the country, such as Kuanzhai Lane in Chengdu, which is very sought after.

In contrast, Qianmen also has a development foundation, but the problem in this area is that there is a gap between the management system model of time-honored brands and the mainstream consumption development trend of modern people. For example, in the past, it was said to go to a tea shop to buy tea, but now Wuyutai tea ice cream has become a street scene, so the development of old brands in Qianmen area should be integrated with consumers’ modern fashion consumption concepts, so as to achieve a characteristic theme block that not only carries the cultural atmosphere, but also glows with commercial vitality and sustainable development potential.

For example, in the overall planning, we should give full play to the advantages of night operation, including bookstores that are open 24 hours a day and Midnight Food Store. The business hours and planning should be more integrated, and new lifestyles such as experiential, cultural performances and performing arts should be added to show more the more open and dynamic side of Qianmen night scene, and also make tourists feel more experienced when they travel at night in Beijing.

From the aspect of business operation, Beijing Square has become a hot trend on the west side of Qianmen, which is related to the introduction of catering brands, overall decoration and cultural atmosphere. Moreover, the products sold in Qianmen block should be constantly innovated to better match the lifestyle of modern people, so that Beijingers are more willing to come and form a wide range of characteristics, not just tourists who come here specially.
